You may not: provide legal advice to third parties using LEX outputs; engage in unauthorised practice of law; circumvent safety features; use the Service for illegal activity; or scrape or resell the Service without written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service is owned by the Company. You own content you submit. We do not use your queries to train AI models without explicit consent.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO FEES PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR $100 USD. Nothing limits liability for fraud, negligence causing death or injury, or liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
8. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of England and Wales. EU/UK users retain all statutory consumer rights.
9. Changes
Material changes notified by email and in-app 14 days before taking effect.
